Kingsgrove RSL is a progressive and innovative medium-sized Club in Sydney’s South West. The Club boasts a membership of 8000, 134 gaming machines, 3 bars, contracted Asian Restaurant, club owned Rations dining and a newly renovated function room.

There is an exciting opportunity for a Fulltime Food & Beverage Manager to join our team to proactively take ownership of overseeing both food outlets and all beverage operations.

To be successful in this position you will possess:

  • High level of customer service
  • Flexible roster across days and nights
  • Previous experience in a similar role with a minimum of 2 years similar position
  • Great communication skills with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable, punctual and well presented

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the service of food and beverage within the club
  • Provides advice on the development of the club’s dining and catering practices
  • Promoting and representing the club’s catering/beverage facilities
  • Experience with menu and product development
  • POS operational knowledge
  • Efficient stock ordering and rotation
  • Proven knowledge of financial cost controls and management of financial performance
  • Evidence of supplier management
  • Supervising staff in area of control
  • Manage all legislative requirements for food & beverage
  • Maintains knowledge of other Clubs and industry trends
